Wire customized industrial control panels by reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Layout, drill, punch, tap and mounting of components in sheet metal enclosures.
Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.
Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Complete projects within allocated project hours and by due date.

What we need from you to be a Control Panel Technician:
1-2 years of experience in reading electrical schematics and wiring industrial control panels.
Basic computer skills, including email.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer an Associate Degree in Automation Systems or related field.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Work environment is light industrial, with exposure to a moderate level of noise.
Daily operations in work environment includes the use of basic power tools, hand tools, and repetitive hand motion in manipulating electrical wires.
Sitting, standing, and bending at waist for up to 3 consecutive hours at time.
May need to reach above shoulder height for extended periods of time.
May be exposed to fumes and airborne particles.
Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to move freely between aisles of parts, equipment, shelving units.
Must be able to carry or lift at least 40 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
