As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all activities related to the recruitment and onboarding process are progressing effectively and efficiently while updating key stakeholders as appropriate.
You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process consisting of identifying, recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

What you'll be doing:
Being a servant leader who leads by example and reinforces Valley's mission, vision, and Fundamentals at all times.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for various positions in the company.
Designing and maintaining creative job postings that stand out from all the others.
Managing the applicant tracking system.
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for various positions throughout the company.
Scheduling drug screens, requesting background checks, and conducting other necessary pre-employment screenings for candidates.
Onboarding new employees.
Completing all new hire paperwork and tasks.
Presenting labor notes and pipeline information to managers weekly.
Maintaining and updating employee information (i.
e.
, employee rosters).
Working on projects with the HR team.
