While we are known for our ice cream, we have recently added a full coffee menu and continue to serve a small hot food menu as well.
At this point, we are looking for a daytime Barista/Server to prepare and serve ice cream, coffee, and some hot food items.
Responsibilities also include becoming familiar with our POS system, some food prep, restocking items as they are used and some cleaning/maintenance of our coffee and kitchen area.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and feel comfortable working with both adults and teens.
We are not necessarily looking for someone who has had specific food or coffee experience, but we are looking for someone who has had at least two years of customer service experience.
This position will cover primarily late morning through late afternoon hours.
The rotating weekend shift will be morning to noon.

Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter Take orders while paying attention to details (e.

preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) Prepare beverages following recipes Serve beverages, ice cream and hot food Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the bar area clean Maintain stock of all inventory needed for serving properly Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Skills Knowledge of sanitation regulations Ability to multi-task Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills High school diploma; relevant training is a plus Job Types:
