Wellness Center Staff (Fox West YMCA)
DescriptionThe Fox West Y is hiring staff for their Wellness Center.
A Wellness Center Associate at the Y shares their passion for health & well-being to assist participants with a safe and effective wellness program.
Associates also maintain the cleanliness of the Wellness Center and oversee the safety of individuals utilizing the Wellness Center.
Our Wellness Center welcomes people of all ages & abilities, including youth, teens and adults.
This is a part-time position with a variety of shifts available, including weekends.
Requirements CPR, AED & First Aid training required, but can be completed after hiring.
A degree in health & fitness or related field, or a national personal training or equivalent certifications preferred, but not required.
Good verbal & written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide wellness support to members & guests of all ages and abilities.
Recommended Skills Cpr Communication First Aid And Preparedness Interpersonal Skills Passionate Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
