Frosting cakes by operating machines and performing operations, such as mixing, cake line icing, touch-up, ensuring quality, and packaging.

Currently working 8-10 hour shiftsEarn $19 per hour.
As a Production Associate in the Cake Room you will do the following:
Cross-train at each production stopRotate positions along each step of the process frequently Contributes to overall department goals and objectives Ensures the proper operation Maintains an adequate level of supplies by replenishing items as needed.
Ensure that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
This Production Associate opening might be an excellent fit if you:
Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, formulas, and policy and procedure manuals.
Can add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure including but not limited to pounds, ounces, and grams, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and temperatures.
Have experience with base icing cakes.
Can communicate and work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals within the plant.
Can lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a plant production environment.
