The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
Overseeing and growing a small department of drafters and designersCreating new department policies and procedures to help manage the department growthImpacting the growth of the companyCommunicating with a variety of employees, vendors and customersTraining and motivating Handling budget responsibilitiesCreating and presenting proposalsReviewing engineering designs for electrical construction projects The background of the successful candidate must include one of the following:
A four year electrical engineering degree and four years of experience as an electrical engineer - or-A licensed Master Electrician or a Journeyman Electrician with 15 years of field electrician experience -or-A two year electrical engineering degree, three years of electrical engineering experience and either a licensed Master Electrician or a Journeyman Electrician status The background of the successful candidate must also include all of the following:
Two years of experience performing building electrical designA solid work historyA US citizen or possess a green cardA residence within 45 minutesAbout the Company:
